In general, craniosacral therapy is a unique massage technique in which a series of relaxation methods are performed to enhance the function of the craniosacral system. This technique includes a soft touch that focuses on the skull and pelvic bones. This basically protects the brain and spinal cord. We aim to evaluate and improve the physiological body system. We are focusing on a fluid called "cerebrospinal fluid" that circulates from the skull through the spinal cord to the sacrum.
Craniosacral therapy aims to improve the "natural healing power" that the body originally has by adjusting the circulating rhythm of cerebrospinal fluid.
When the cerebrospinal fluid circulation is not smooth, there is often "stiffness" somewhere in the body.
To relieve the stiffness, the practitioner gently puts his hand, snuggles up to the other person, and waits.
It is a gentle touch therapy that is suitable for the word "address".
The whole body is connected by a "membrane".
If the membrane is twisted, it can become stiff or stagnant.
Touch your hands with a gentle touch to release the stiffness.
Then, the body tries to improve by exerting its own power (natural healing power).
Most of those who receive it for the first time
It feels like "I don't know what I'm doing", but it's comfortable.
You can get a deep sleep and feel fluffy.
People who are curious and don't work their heads to relax ...
It feels like I was deceived.
The effect is
・ I was able to relax
・ My eyes are refreshing
・ Nose passes
・ It became easier to breathe
・ My body is getting warm
It can also be expected for low back pain, stiff shoulders, headaches, constipation, and autonomic nervous system symptoms.
It is also used for terminal care and health care for people with disabilities / children.
Depending on the obstetrics and gynecology department, it seems that more and more places are being used to care for pregnant women and babies.
It can be said that the therapy is so safe.
We do not accept the following cases.
In situations where even a slight increase in intracranial pressure should be avoided, such as a stroke, cranial trauma, immediately after surgery, an aneurysm of the vascular system, or a bleeding condition.
Do it with your clothes on. The shoulders and collarbones may be massaged with oil (clothes that allow the shoulders to be open are recommended)
We want you to relax, so please wear clothes that do not tighten your body.
It is done on your back, but for pregnant women and those who have difficulty lying on their back, you can also take it sideways.
I will touch it softly with my hands.
Perhaps it is associated with the name of therapy, it is often thought that it is done by touching only the head and sacrum, but if necessary, touch the legs, pelvis, tummy, shoulders, ears, etc.
The fire and head will come into direct contact with the skin. Thank you for your understanding.
